Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sundas Jabeen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use CoinDrama, including its short-drama viewing, virtual coin, task, advertising, account, and PayPal reward redemption features (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using CoinDrama, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will request it separately. You may decline optional permissions or consent, although some features may then be unavailable.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to users of CoinDrama. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, payment services, advertisements, or services that are governed by their own privacy notices.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information provided through Google Sign-In
When you choose Google Sign-In, we may receive information that Google makes available based on your authorization, such as your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. We use this information to create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your CoinDrama account. We do not receive your Google password.
2.2 Reward and activity information
We may process information relating to your use of CoinDrama, including:
- episodes viewed, viewing duration, playback activity, and content interactions;
- daily check-ins, completed tasks, advertising-reward events, and promotional activities;
- virtual coin balances, reward milestones, claims, adjustments, and redemption history;
- fraud-prevention signals associated with rewards, tasks, advertisements, or redemptions.
2.3 PayPal redemption information
When you request a PayPal redemption, we may collect the PayPal email address or other payment-related information that you submit, together with the redemption amount, status, date, and transaction reference. We use this information to process the request, provide support, maintain accounting and fraud-prevention records, and comply with legal obligations.
PayPal independently processes information under its own privacy policy. CoinDrama does not collect or store your PayPal password, full bank account credentials, or payment-card security code.
2.4 Communications and support
If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message content, attachments, app account details, and diagnostic information necessary to respond to your request or investigate a problem.
2.5 Device, usage, advertising, attribution, and diagnostic information
CoinDrama and its service providers may automatically process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
- device manufacturer and model, operating-system version, language, time zone, screen characteristics, carrier, and network type;
- app version, installation source, session times, pages or screens viewed, clicks, interactions, and performance information;
- Google Advertising ID and other resettable or app-scoped identifiers, such as an App Set ID, where available and permitted;
- advertising impressions, clicks, reward callbacks, campaign attribution, and conversion events;
- crash reports, stack traces, diagnostic logs, and technical error data.
2.6 Android Device ID
CoinDrama does not intentionally collect the non-resettable Android ID
(ANDROID_ID) or IMEI. Our implementation is intended to prevent
AppsFlyer and other integrated SDKs from collecting Android ID. However, third-party
SDK behavior may vary by version, device configuration, and integration settings.
We periodically review our SDK configuration and disclosures to keep them accurate.
2.7 Information we do not request
CoinDrama does not require access to your precise GPS location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone, or device photo library for its core functions, unless a future feature clearly requests an optional permission and provides an appropriate explanation before collection.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and personalize CoinDrama;
- to authenticate users through Google Sign-In and secure accounts;
- to deliver short dramas and recommend relevant content;
- to calculate virtual coins, validate tasks, provide rewards, and process PayPal redemptions;
- to display, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted;
- to attribute installs and campaigns and evaluate marketing performance;
- to detect invalid traffic, automated activity, duplicate accounts, reward abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our rules;
- to troubleshoot crashes, improve performance, and develop new features;
- to communicate with you about support, security, material changes, and service-related matters;
- to comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, and protect users, the public, and our legal rights.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or similar law applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide your account, viewing, reward, and redemption features.
- Legitimate interests: to secure, analyze, improve, and support the Service, prevent fraud, and measure non-consent-based operations, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for personalized advertising, certain identifiers, analytics, or other processing where consent is legally required. You may withdraw consent through available privacy controls.
- Legal obligations: to maintain required records and respond to lawful requests.
5. Advertising and Consent
CoinDrama uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Subject to your region and choices, Google and its advertising partners may use identifiers, IP address, device information, interactions, and related data to deliver, limit, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize ads.
In regions where consent is required, CoinDrama will use an appropriate consent mechanism. You may be able to review or change advertising choices through the in-app privacy options, Google's advertising settings, or your device settings. Resetting or deleting your Advertising ID may affect ad personalization and attribution but will not necessarily stop all advertising.
6. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Attribution
- Firebase Analytics: helps us understand app usage, engagement, audiences, and performance.
- Firebase Crashlytics: helps identify crashes, errors, affected device conditions, and stability issues.
- AppsFlyer: helps attribute installations and in-app events to advertising campaigns, measure marketing performance, and detect fraud.
These providers may process information on our behalf or, in limited contexts, as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Virtual Coins, Rewards, and Redemption
CoinDrama may allow users to receive virtual coins for eligible activities, such as viewing episodes, completing tasks, checking in, or viewing rewarded advertisements. Virtual coins are in-app units and are not legal tender, deposits, or stored-value accounts. They do not have a cash value unless and until a redemption request is accepted under CoinDrama's applicable reward rules.
We may review, delay, reject, reverse, or cancel rewards or redemptions when required to investigate suspected fraud, technical errors, policy violations, duplicate accounts, invalid advertising activity, or legal compliance. Redemption records may be retained for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.
8. How We Share Information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers: hosting, cloud, content delivery, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, customer support, security, attribution, and technical vendors.
- Google services: Google Sign-In, Google Play services, AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.
- AppsFlyer: for attribution, analytics, campaign measurement, and fraud prevention.
- PayPal: when necessary to process or investigate a PayPal redemption.
- Advertising partners: as necessary to serve, secure, limit, and measure advertisements, subject to applicable law and consent choices.
- Legal and safety recipients: regulators, law enforcement, courts, professional advisers, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: a purchaser, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where required, we provide applicable choices.

10. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in Sweden, the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries where providers operate. These countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, and supplementary technical or organizational measures.
11. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, processing redemptions, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, maintaining security, meeting legal and accounting obligations, and enforcing agreements.
- Account information is generally retained while your account remains active.
- Support correspondence is retained as necessary to resolve requests and maintain records.
- Reward and redemption records may be retained for longer periods where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal requirements.
- Analytics, advertising, attribution, and crash data are retained according to our settings and the applicable provider's retention controls.
After deletion, residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where required by law. Data that has been irreversibly anonymized may be retained without identifying you.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transmission where supported. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and device.
13. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing as defined by applicable law.
To exercise a privacy right, email funfarmer786@gmail.com with the subject “CoinDrama Privacy Request.” Describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify that it relates to your account. We may request additional verification and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also withdraw permissions through Android settings and manage advertising preferences through available consent or device controls.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your CoinDrama account and associated personal information by using any account-deletion option available inside the app or by emailing funfarmer786@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My CoinDrama Account.”
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize information associated with the account unless retention is required or permitted for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Deleting CoinDrama does not automatically delete information held independently by Google, PayPal, advertising partners, or other third parties.
15. Children's Privacy
CoinDrama is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the minimum age for valid consent in a user's country is higher, the applicable higher age applies. Users under the age required by local law should use the Service only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this section, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. CoinDrama is not configured as a child-directed app, and personalized advertising should not be used for users known to be children.
16. European Privacy Rights and Complaints
If GDPR applies, Sundas Jabeen is the controller of personal information described in this Policy. You may lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, “IMY”) or another competent supervisory authority in the country where you live or work. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve your concern.
17. U.S. State Privacy Notices
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. CoinDrama does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. Requests may be submitted using the contact method in Section 13.
18. Links and Third-Party Content
CoinDrama may contain advertisements or links to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the relevant third party's privacy notice before providing information.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice or request consent. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable law and does not replace consent where consent is legally required.
